Our Hiring Process

Our process is designed to respect senior candidates’ time. A typical sequence runs four to six weeks:

• Initial conversation with the practice partner.
• Working session on a representative client problem.
• Two reference conversations we conduct with people who have worked with you.
• Founder interview with one of the managing partners.
• Offer and onboarding.
